Bowman Bay Kitchen Shelter
The Bowman Bay Kitchen Shelter, part of a collection of Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) buildings constructed in the 1930s in Deception Pass State Park, has been recognized for its organic design that unites the shelter with the natural elements of the surrounding park. Today, the shelter maintains importance as a local gathering place. A Partners in Preservation grant will not only help to preserve such a beloved place for relaxation and community interaction, but will also protect the memory of CCC’s influence in the area.

Keel join epoxy job
I've got the bottom all done which included fiberglassing the hull/keel join. I also had the rudder taken down to bare fiberglass, some delamination replaced. All new fiberglass was epoxied over for a good seal. The stern was also sanded and repainted, bootstripe repainted and three coats of bottom paint. I also waxed the topsides.
